Ever since I created a QuickBooks developer account and set up an API key my entire QuickBooks sign in gets blocked by QuickBooks.  I get an email overnight telling me that there’s suspicious activity on my account and for my own protection in my account has been blocked.  the only way to get back into my account is to go through a process, which requires me to upload a copy of my drivers license, reset my password delete and re-enroll all of my MFA and pass keys.  This all began again after I open my own developer account and generated some API keys in order to play with some AI technology   I Have contacted into it three times by phone, but they don’t seem to be able to escalate the issue to the right people and get a resolution so now every morning when I wake up in order for me to sign into QuickBooks, I have to take a picture of my drivers license upload it sign in reset my MFA reset my password and reset all my pass keys before I can start working    Has anyone else experienced a

Its been month and half.. I can't access payroll

Mais je ne peux apporter de changement structuraux. La seule option est "Historique de compte". Seuls les comptes de résultats ont la flèche qui ouvre un menu déroulant me permettant de choisir "Modifier".

i had to replace my hard drive and now cannot access QB Pro 2016, just the spinning wheel of death on the  opening page. What do i need to do. I've used the QB Tools Hub but nothing seems to fix the problem.

Hello, I have a newly created Canadian QuickBooks Online Accountant firm and a new Canadian QBO Essentials client company, Plancher TL inc. I am the Primary Admin of both the firm and the client company. The client file is completely empty and sales tax has not been activated. When I start a Sage 50 migration through Dataswitcher, I can correctly select my firm and the client profile. But when I click Next, I receive: “Uh oh, there’s a connection problem. Sorry, but undefined didn’t connect.”

I am travelling and need to access my QB account help. It asks me for verification code which comes on phone to which I do not have access. How can I change that now?

Hi there I am trying to use my quick books but I have an old account with intuit that has my banking information so it won’t let me connect my bank card as it says it is connected to an existing account. The email is [PII removed] There is no way for me to cancel the card unless I subscribe but I am not subscribed to QuickBooks so I wouldn’t want two of the very same apps 

I have QB 2016 UK Desktop. I want to move it to my new pc but as quickbooks have removed the activation facility how can I get it to work? 

Why is easy start not available for my business? It tells me to contact customer support but it keeps putting me in a chat loop without giving me a phone number to talk to a person

I upgraded because I need Making Tax Digital. As soon as I started the new subscription, my QuickBooks Self-Employed account was blocked. I now have no access to my 2025/26 records. My new QuickBooks account is almost empty, my mileage has disappeared, and it contains incorrect cash transactions totalling around £24,000. I need my historical Self-Employed data restored or migrated urgently so I can meet my HMRC obligations

i've got an email from INTUIT. It says I have to pay $1500. I do not use any fee-based services. Is this QuickBooks or fraud? (Call Intuit Support : PII Removed)

I have sucessfully transferred files from enterprise to myquick books pro 2024 today, can i delete all the enterprise files.   everytime i try to click on an answer to my questions it brings me back to the log in page.  Fristrating

We're using QBO Canada. The admin email on our current account is wrong and can't be updated, so we'd like to move all historical transactions and data to a new account with the correct admin email, if possible
