nightly Account lock outs

Ever since I created a QuickBooks developer account and set up an API key my entire QuickBooks sign in gets blocked by QuickBooks.  I get an email overnight telling me that there’s suspicious activity on my account and for my own protection in my account has been blocked. 
 

the only way to get back into my account is to go through a process, which requires me to upload a copy of my drivers license, reset my password delete and re-enroll all of my MFA and pass keys. 
 

This all began again after I open my own developer account and generated some API keys in order to play with some AI technology  

I Have contacted into it three times by phone, but they don’t seem to be able to escalate the issue to the right people and get a resolution so now every morning when I wake up in order for me to sign into QuickBooks, I have to take a picture of my drivers license upload it sign in reset my MFA reset my password and reset all my pass keys before I can start working   
 

Has anyone else experienced anything like this before?

Any ideas on how to be able to have a stable account without constant lockouts?
