I have found a major bug in the Android app. I enter receipts, enter GST/PST data, Bank/CC data, name the expense (ie The Home Depot) and things get really screwy from here. The data entered does NOT appear on QB Online. This is happening on ALL of my receipts, and I spent a good 3 hours with QB tech support, and all they could say was to manually enter the data using QB Online with my PC. This is incredibly labor intensive and obviously entering the data TWICE on both the QB App and QB Online makes the entire process futile.
It looks as though all of the receipts I've entered this year are missing this data (GST/PST, Bank/CC, description, Payee). I'd like to ask QB to refund me as the program/app clearly are not working. Unless support can resolve this issue in a reasonable amount of time (ie a few days), I have to find a new program or just hire an accountant to enter all of my receipts. How do I go about getting a refund for my subscription?

If you haven't done so already, I suggest refreshing or uninstalling and then reinstalling the app. In addition, I recommend logging into your QuickBooks Online account from a web browser, due to some product limitations in the mobile app. Your uploaded receipts won't be in QuickBooks until you review them and match them to existing transactions. Follow these steps to review your receipts;
1. From the left menu, open Transactions and then Receipts (Take me there)
2. You can review your uploaded receipts and bills in the For review tab
3. Check the labels in the Action column to find out what steps you need to take next

I spent 3 hours with someone from QB trying to resolve the issue. Did everything you've suggested multiple times. My data is being lost while entering and reviewing receipts while using the Android app.
