The Client Explorer only shows clients from 2008 to 2020. What was the purpose of excluding prior clients and why can’t they be carried forward? The Client Explorer prior to this year provided a good data base of all clients for quick access. If a client moved back and wanted to retain you again then you could always carry his/her files forward. Also, there was an updated patch regarding e-signatures but there were no instructions on it. Where are the procedures for that?
I just found what’s new in e-signatures today which I don’t think was available when I downloaded the patch on Thursday morning.

My point was that you shouldn't have to call to access files you paid for in the past. It is cheaper now but very expensive before but thanks for the reply.
