Which QB Desktop year version and Windows OS do you have? Did you encounter the same problem when opening a dummy file or a sample one?

I have the same problem. How I can fix it

Hello there, eteklon.

Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue with your multicurrency.

Before we proceed, ensure that your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) is always updated to the latest release to keep our software up-to-date, so you always have the latest features and fixes. Then, we can utilize the QuickBooks Tool Hub to fix common issues with QBDT. Here's how:

  1. Download the most recent version (1.6.0.8) of the QuickBooks Tool Hub. Save the file somewhere you can easily find it (like your Downloads folder or your Windows desktop). Please know that if you've installed Tool Hub before, you can find out which version you have. Select the Home tab. The version will be on the bottom.
  2. Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe).
  3. Follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
  4. When the install finishes, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.

Once done, you can use the tools to fix common program problems: Fix common problems and errors with the QuickBooks Desktop Tool Hub.

You can always reply to this thread if you have follow-up questions about anything related to QBDT. I'll be here to back you up.
