Question

Report totals are not adding up correctly on the Transaction List by Tag Report. Anyone else running into this?

All of the transactions are listed on the report, but the total is simply wrong. It's a standard report. I have not made any changes

I have this with the tax summary report. the individual subject pages do not add up to the numbers on the summary page

To open an incognito window, you can typically use the shortcut key:

 

 

  • Ctrl + Shift + N  for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl + Shift + P for Firefox
  • Control + Option +P for Safari

 

To check if it's already added to the numbers on the summary page, open the incognito window and access your account's login page. If you can access it without issues, the problem may be related to your browser settings or extensions. In this case, I recommend clearing your browser's cache and cookies. This can help resolve any issues due to outdated or corrupted data stored in your browser. If that doesn't work, you could use a different browser altogether.
