I'd like to provide some inputs about accessing QuickBooks Payroll on your mobile phone, @Kud.
Normally, you can log in to your payroll account using your mobile phone as long as your doing it on the browser.
The ability to run payroll using the mobile app for QuickBooks Online (QBO) Advanced is currently unavailable. That would be a great addition to the app's current functionality, you can submit feedback about it.
Here's how:
- Click on the Gear icon, then select Feedback.
- Type in your comments or product suggestions.
- Then hit Next to submit feedback.
Your valuable opinion will be forwarded to our Product Development team in order to help us enhance your QBO experience. The QuickBooks Online Feature Requests page allows you to keep track of feature requests.
