I have been getting unexpected error message when refreshing my bank and cannot find a solutions - no error code, any advise?

Could you please let us know the name of the bank? This information will help us check for any known issues and provide you with the best solution.
 

In the meantime, I recommend logging into your bank's website to ensure everything is functioning well on their end. Occasionally, financial institutions undergo maintenance or experience server issues that temporarily disrupt the connection needed to sync data with QuickBooks.
 

If everything looks good with your bank, I suggest logging out of your account and then logging back in to refresh the system.
 

If there are issues on your financial institution's side and you need immediate access to your transactions, you can manually upload them into QuickBooks.
