Hi there, @spw21. When you look at the Receipts tab, are you getting an error message or is it missing entirely? Knowing that helps me tell if the app is just being slow or if there's a genuine sync failure.
If the receipt is visible but won’t link to a transaction, it means a data mismatch. In QuickBooks Online (QBO), if the date, vendor, or total amount differs from the bank feed, it won't suggest a match. To fix this, click Review on the receipt and manually adjust the details to match the bank entry exactly. Once they align, the Match button should appear.
If the receipt is totally missing or showing an error, the mobile app is likely struggling to sync. Ensure to update your app to the latest version and perform the troubleshooting steps to enhance app functionality.
If you're using Android, clear the software data by going to Settings > Apps > QuickBooks app > Storage > Clear Data. For iPhone, navigate to Settings > App > iPhone Storage > QuickBooks App > Offload.
Once done, restart your phone and verify if the snap works properly. If the issue persists, uninstall the app and then reinstall it to proceed with your business tasks.
Alternatively, you can upload your receipts through a web browser.
