1. Open QuickBooks.
2. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
   
3. Enter the question, keyword, or topic you need help with.
   
4. Choose Have us call you under the How would you like to connect with us? tab. 
5. Input the necessary information and select Get a call.
