We cannot login with our primary admin account. Pls help. Can we change the passwords without login? Or can you pls help to change the primary admin account to [email address removed]?

How to log in to my account easy

I can offer you an easier way to log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, @Cmarineproducts.

When signing in to your QBO account, you can select the Remember Me option, so you won't need to enter your login credentials manually.

To do that:

Go to this link: QuickBooks Online.
Enter your email or user ID in the field.
Put a check in the Remember Me box, then Sign in.
Enter the six-digit code you received in your email and select Sign in.
