Thanks for posting here. Let me share with you some details after cancelling your account.
QuickBooks Online allows you to have read-only access to your QuickBooks Online data for one year after cancellation. Then, it'll be deleted permanently and we won't be able to recover it. You may check our data availability and export policies here: What happens to my QuickBooks Online data after I cancel?
You'll want to resubscribe before the one-year duration ends to continue and maintain the data. If not, I suggest you download and export them and save them on your local hard drive for future use.
