I categorized transactions by mistake. How can I undo these categorized transactions in bulk in the Quickbooks Desktop?

I recognize that you're looking to undo categorized transactions in QuickBooks Desktop, Ugur01. However, QuickBooks Desktop doesn't currently support an undo feature for categorizing transactions.

 

You can consider deleting and recreating the transactions if you want to uncategorize them.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Navigate to the Banking tab.
  2. Choose User Register.
  3. Use the dropdown menu in Select Account and confirm by clicking OK.
  4. Locate and double-click the transaction you wish to remove.
  5. Press the Delete button.
