Are you referring to when running payroll in QuickBooks Desktop? If so, there's no option in QuickBooks Desktop. However, you can check that within your company file.

Thank you. I'm looking for a way to receive an automated reminder for payroll and payroll taxes. If I have to login into QB to see a calendar or a reminder, it defeats my question. It sounds like I'll have to set something up in Outlook for an email to be sent at a specific date, which I'll have to do regularly. But I appreciate the response.
