Hello, Marina. You can remove customer assignments from your employees by logging in to your QuickBooks Time subscription. You can start by going to the Customers section at the bottom of the left panel. Select the customer you wish to unassign. Then, click the pencil icon and uncheck the box next to Assign to all members. Once you've made your changes, be sure to click Save to confirm.
Once done, this will hide the customer from your employees' lists while keeping your records intact. Please note that deleting a customer will completely remove them from your QuickBooks account, so it's advisable to unassign the customer from all team members instead of deleting them.
However, if you still prefer to delete them, you can do this by simply clicking the trash icon next to the pencil icon for each customer on the same page.
