Issues Importing IIF for payroll journal entry from Paycom

I'm receiving an issue when trying to import an IIF file to post our payroll journal entry that is saying:

 "Something's Not Right"

"We weren't able to import right now. Try again later."

 We use Quickbooks Enterprise 19.0

That's a new one! I import all the time and haven't seen this. Ever.

Try following these instructions to avoid the new import code, which causes many issues:

@RAG1

Do you put your license and company file(s) on a QB cloud hosting?

I keep running into the same problem. And yes, we are in a hosted environment. Does that make a difference?

Thanks for joining into the thread, LizCPA.

Yes, it makes a difference. I recommend checking your hosting modes and make sure that you're allowed to make some changes. It's because the error that you're currently receiving isn't a QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) error but a connection error online networks.

Once done, I'd also suggest checking your IIF file to verify if the format is correct.

See below articles for more information about this process:

Let me know if you have a follow-up question when importing. I'm here to help. Have a nice day.

@LizCPA

Ask your hosting provider to troubleshoot it. Otherwise, consider switching to other provider.
