I manually performed Payroll outside of Quickbooks for January 2024

SS company
SS Employee
Medicare Company
Meidcare Employee
Medicare Employee additional

To learn more about this, refer to this article: Set up manual payroll without a subscription in QuickBooks Desktop.
Once done, run the paycheck as you would normally do.
Additionally, I recommend seeking help from your accountant for more guidance on the tax line mapping field.

To resolve this, I went ahead and created a paycheck in the current time. Once created, I paid all the liabilities and changed the date to the previous January date. The only side effect is the PayStub shows the future date as the pay day...but that does not seem to hurt anything
