Contine Greyed Out During Install QuickBook 2024

I can't seem to get past the Continue button (greyed out) during the installation of QuickBooks Pro 2024.  Tried two different freshly installed/updated Windows 10 Pro 22H2 computers. No additional Antivirus/Firewall other than what is included with Windows 10, 16 GB memory, 150 GB Free disk space.  Download the installed from QB site a few different times to verifiy the installer was not corrupt.  I was able to install QuickBooks Pro 2021 on this same PC before the restage, also on Windows 10 Pro.  QuickBooks Tool Hub - Installation Issues - QuickBooks Install Diagnostic Tool was run.

MS Visual C++ 2008, 2013, 2015-2022 for (x64 and x32) were installed

Not sure what I'm doing wrong.  Thanks

@foo101  It may help if you provide a screenshot showing exactly which step isn't allowing you to proceed.

I agree and though I included it but with all the Error messsage about "Maximum flood limit reached." when I tried to post today, caused many abandoned versions of this message to be created.  I also noticed that you can't post log files, which I found odd.

@foo101  Have you tried clicking the hyperlink 'QuickBooks License Agreement'?

It may take you to the screen where you need to agree to it.

Otherwise, I got nothing.
