I hope I'm in the right place for help. I have QB Desktop Pro Plus 2022. There is an "upgrade quickbooks" button now on my title bar in the program. So I knew I would have to do this so I clicked it.... selected upgrade now and receive a message - "Insufficient storage for upgrade. To continue, clear space in the drive where the current version is installed". Here's my problem my PC has 803 GB of free space!!! So I am not insufficient at all. How can I get this upgrade to go thru? In the meantime my web mail has now stopped working and I found through research this may happen if program is not up to date. UHG. Thanks for any guidance you can offer.

Thanks for your reply. In the end I solved this upgrade issue. I simply went to my camps.intuit.com account signed in and clicked on my current program. Lo and behold there was a link to "upgrade now to 2024". I clicked it and it loaded. No need to contact tech support on that issue.
