Hello, @taylorpivaphotog.
I've got some steps to help you keep track of your driving mileage using the QuickBooks Self-employed app.
To begin with, I recommend updating your QBSE app to the latest version to receive the most recent features and fixes.
In some cases, a cache stores temporary data to enhance app performance. However, this can lead to various mobile app issues when it becomes outdated or corrupted. That said, clearing the app data can help eliminate common problems while using the app. I'll share the steps below.
For iOS:
- Go to Settings.
- Select Setting General iPhone Storage.
- Choose the Offload App button.
For Android:
- Go to Menu ☰, then tap More Options ⋮.
- Tap Settings, then Refresh Data.
- Tap YES to confirm.
Additionally, you can also consider utilizing your QBSE account using your web browser so you can continue to manage your business tasks seamlessly.
