With Bill Pay, you can pay bills from your QuickBooks Checking account or another bank, @visionplus316. Choose ACH transfers for online payments or let QuickBooks send paper checks.
If you use QuickBooks Payments, your Payments profile automatically updates your account information in QuickBooks Bill Pay. Subscription fees are charged at the start of your billing cycle, while processing fees for Bill Pay are calculated at the end of the cycle based on the number of payments processed during the previous month.
When scheduling an ACH payment, you may see a reminder about potential processing fees. These fees are determined based on the withdrawal date, not the date you scheduled the payment. Fees apply only if the number of ACH payments processed exceeds the amount included in your monthly Bill Pay subscription.
Processing fees are only paid for transactions that exceed the number of ACH payments included in your Bill Pay subscription in a month.
