As long as you registered your product, you can always get your info online. Visit your account management portal (CAMPS) to get your product and license number. Another option is to follow the steps below.
- Open QuickBooks Desktop.
- Press the F2 key.
- Look for your product name, product number, and license number in the Product Information window.
- Look for your release at the end of the product name.
However, I'd recommend contacting our Support Team to further check this matter. You would simply have to go through a verification process to get that licensing number. For security purposes, this will be done in a secured environment. Here's how:
- Go to the Help menu, then click Quickbooks Desktop Help or press the F1 key.
- Hit the Contact Us button, as seen in the display.
- Enter a brief description of the problem.
- Select Continue.
- Choose which method you would like to connect with. The options will be chat or our call back feature.
