NEW COMPANY

Hey!

I am using QBD for my company. I have recently created a new company in QBD and started using it for few times.

But then a message started to pop up where I cannot proceed further.

Please help!

NEW COMPANY

Hi there, Fawaz040.

I viewed the screenshot that you attached and it looks like it's asking you to log in to your account. Is there any other error message that's preventing you to log in or going to the next screen?

We're asking these questions to make sure that we're giving you the right information and steps to resolve the issue.

Please add a reply below to share more details. We look forward to it.

Hey Jen!

Thank you for your message.

There is only three options to select. Even though I have selected the options, I cannot click the proceed option. This pops up just after signing to the company account. I can view the company account. But, without closing this box, I cannot do nothing. Just force shutdown QB.

Thank you for your prompt reply, @Fawaz040.

We have various ways to rectify your concern about pulling up your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) company file. In this, we can perform some troubleshooting steps that help eliminate common application errors.

To start with, let's utilize the Verify and Rebuild data utilities. That way, we can verify and correct your company file's most typical data errors. Please make sure your QuickBooks Desktop is up to date as well.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Window, then Close All.
  2. From the File menu, click Utilities.
  3. Select Rebuild Data.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to back up your data.
  5. When the tool finishes, select OK.
  6. Go to the File menu, then click Utilities.
  7. Click Verify Data, then choose Rebuild Now once QuickBooks finds an issue with your company file.
