I have a client that is needing to connect Shopify with QBO and track inventory. They are using QBO plus. Is anyone familiar with any trainings they can view to learn how they work together.

Shopify is an online platform that lets small businesses manage their stores and sell their products. To start connecting the said app with QBO to begin tracking inventory, you'll have to go to the Apps menu in QuickBooks. You'll then be able to see a step-by-step walkthrough of how to connect the two programs.

After that, your Shopify account is now connected and authorized with your QuickBooks Connector file.

This no longer works as you are describing and it is infuriating that no one at Intuit seems to know that!

Let me share an update regarding Shopify Connector.
Starting September 15, 2022, customers can no longer download Shopify Connector in the US app store. On the other hand, new customers can sync their payouts from Shopify using our new Commerce Accounting feature which is currently accessible by using the Commerce tab in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
