Buy nowI'm using the QBO APP. It's separate from QBO through the web browser. I use it for two companies. My question only affects one company because the other company works fine.
The left side navigation bar won't open. When I click on the 3 lines with the tiny arrow to try to open it, it just shifts back and forth with each click. I'm guessing I need Tech Support, but I don't know how to contact Tech Support. I can't access any of the categories to work in the APP. Like I said, in the other company I use it for, it works fine. Not sure why this new one doesn't and I don't find any help regarding this in the community.
I've tried reloading it. I've tried clearing all cookies and rebooting the computer. I can't get it to open.

Well I connected with Support, but they weren't able to do anything other than tell me that the APP is glitchy and I really should just open QBO in Chrome. She even saw the screen and admitted it looked strange without the ability to navigate. So much for having an APP that doesn't work!
