I get a Transaction save error every time I upload a receipt. When I go back in to look it is actually saved. Anyone at Intuit able to make the error message stop as it appears to be working?
Good day, Jimmyd998.
Let me help you by making sure you'll be able to save transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
In most cases, an unexpected error like this is caused by the stored cache on the regular browser you're using. You can perform some basic troubleshooting steps to fix the issue.
As an initial step, I recommend opening QuickBooks through a private window. Then, save your transaction from there. This browser prevents any virus infections that can cause unexpected behavior when using QuickBooks.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
If it works, I recommend clearing your browser's cache. Doing so will remove the historical data and access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also switch to a different supported browser.
If the issue persists, I suggest contacting our Customer Care Team. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment and investigate why you're unable to save transactions.
Here's how to reach them:

I'll give this a go but as I've mentioned my receipt saves correctly the application simply states that there is an error. My request is that Intuit fix their code to stop the error message from popping up as it is actually working.
