You encounter Error 10601 when your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account is inactive or when your browser hasn't processed the latest data from our software, Joedube.
To begin, let's ensure your QBO account is active and check your account status by going to Subscription and Billing. Refer to the steps below:
- Logged into your QBO account as Primary Admins.
- Navigate to the Gear icon, then select Subscription and billing under Profile.
- If the status is Inactive, kindly click Re-subscribe to choose your payment method and enter your billing information
- Follow the on-screen instructions and click Subscribe.
On the other hand, if your account is Active, try logging in with a different QBO-supported browser to check if the issue is browser-related.
