This has happened about 5 times and nobody has contacted me or given me an explanation. What is the address where I can contact them? I don’t want to waste my time calling or chatting anymore.

Please read my posted question again where I clearly state how I have already contacted you by phone and chat and every time the issue has been escalated but it is just a ruse so I let them hang up. The issue has been escalated five times. Same issue. And they never call me back.
