Hello, Is it possible to finish the payments application without an SSN, I only have ITIN and EIN. Please only answers like: Yes it is possible

If you are referring to setting up QuickBooks Payment even without an SSN, yes we can since it is optional. Just refer to the Apply for GoPayment  article for the steps and details. Then, connect your payment account to QuickBooks Online. Here's how: 

1. Log in to QuickBooks Online as an admin.
2. Go to the Gear icon on the top menu. 
3. Select Account and Settings.
4. Choose the Payments tab. In the Existing account section, tick Connect or Link Merchant Service.
5. Select the QuickBooks Payment account you want to connect. Then click Connect.
6. Review the account info and make sure it's accurate, then press Connect.

Once done, sign out and log in again to your QuickBooks Online. For future reference, visit the official IRS website should you need to get the Employer ID Numbers (EIN) or Social Security Number (SSN). Also, read through these help articles:

If they still declined your application, you may have other payment processors to integrate with your QBO.

I thank you for your quick reply but I have to tell you that SSN is Not optional they way you said it was with the steps etc.

It just did not worked and the system Requires a SSN. So to close your answer fo my question It is No it is not possible.

Where did you hear it from that it was possible to do it without SSN. It is however required and not OPTIONAL.

Thank you for your reply, I have checked Meliopayments and it is not a Merchant Account.

I need only a Simple US Merchant Account that is in my name etc. to grow also the business reputability etc etc. and all options that come with a real merchant account, like in QBO you have A Merchant ID Number, so whenever you decide to change provider you can do so by telling another Payment Processing Company your Merchant ID Number established already with another Payment Processing Company.

MelioPayments just is the opposite of what is needed.
