Hello, Is it possible to finish the payments application without an SSN, I only have ITIN and EIN. Please only answers like: Yes it is possible

If you are referring to setting up QuickBooks Payment even without an SSN, yes we can since it is optional. Just refer to the Apply for GoPayment  article for the steps and details. Then, connect your payment account to QuickBooks Online. Here's how: 

1. Log in to QuickBooks Online as an admin.
2. Go to the Gear icon on the top menu. 
3. Select Account and Settings.
4. Choose the Payments tab. In the Existing account section, tick Connect or Link Merchant Service.
5. Select the QuickBooks Payment account you want to connect. Then click Connect.
6. Review the account info and make sure it's accurate, then press Connect.

Once done, sign out and log in again to your QuickBooks Online. For future reference, visit the official IRS website should you need to get the Employer ID Numbers (EIN) or Social Security Number (SSN). Also, read through these help articles:

If they still declined your application, you may have other payment processors to integrate with your QBO.

Same question is also mine so please give valid answer of this question ❓ because I read already some answers from QuickBooks team reply that unwanted answer
