At this time, there's not a way to enter joint checks into QuickBooks Online. I'm going to submit to our Product Development Team about bringing in a feature that will allow this to happen.

Processing join checks in QuickBooks Online isn't an option, office231.

 

Our system support creating a regular check. You can browse this link for the process: Create and record checks in QuickBooks Online.

 

You can send feedback to our Product Team about this feature. 

 

  1. Select the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
  2. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
  3. Select Next to submit feedback.

 

Your valuable feedback goes to our Product Development team to help improve your experience in QuickBooks. You can track feature requests through the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website.
