How to Print invoice list?

Hi there, peggy24.

It's nice to see you here at QuickBooks Community. I'll share steps to ensure you're able to Print the invoice list.

I suggest going to the Reports menu and run the Invoice List report. From there. you'll be able to see all invoices entered in QuickBooks Online to print them. You can also customize this report to get the latest or focus on the details that you want to view.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Reports menu in the left panel.
  2. Type Invoice List in the search field.
  3. Select the Customize button and filter all the information if necessary.
  4. Hit the Run report button after customizing the report.
  5. Click the Print icon beside the export icon to start printing the invoices list.

For additional information on how you can customize reports to shows the right data in the right place, you can open this article: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online.

Please refer to this article to view a table list that contains different reports that are available for your version of QuickBooks Online: Reports included in your QuickBooks Online subscription.

How to Print invoice list?

This does not apply to the new menu. The only print option I have is on the classic menu.  I would like to use the latest menu and still print my reports.

Thanks for joining the thread. I'm here to help you print your reports in the latest interface.

In the new interface of QuickBooks Online, for you to print reports, you may use the shortcut key with your keyboard. You can press Ctrl + P. However, from what I can see here, the printing will be limited to what is visible on your monitor.

With that, I recommend exporting the report first to Excel, as CSV, or to PDF. Then, from there, you may continue to print them. You may also view the screenshots below for a better reference.

On the other hand, I can see how convenient the availability of the option is for you and your business. Currently, this is the current design configured in QBO. As we value your suggestions, I recommend sending your feedback to our Product Development Team. Here's how to send feedback:

  1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Feedback under Profile.
  3. Share your feedback.
  4.  Click Next to submit.

Our product engineers will consider your suggestions, and you can always check the status of your request through this link: QuickBooks Online Customer Feedback

You can utilize this article for future reference: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online.
