Join nowHello there, @contact141.
I want to help your customer to go through the process of paying the invoices.
Can you tell me if your customer got an error message? This helps me check more resources and provide correct information.
If your customer's trying to pay you online, make sure you turn on QuickBooks payment. If you haven't enabled this feature, you can turn on QuickBooks Payments so customers can pay their invoices online. Here's how:
However, if it's turned on already, we can verify if it is a browser related issue, let your customer open the invoice in a private browser. Let's follow the recommendation below to resolve this unexpected behavior.
If it works fine, we can let your customer clear the cache of their regular browser. This helps remove any browser-related issues and refresh your browser's settings. Aside from that, they can use other compatible browsers when paying their invoices.
If the same thing happens, we can delete and create a new one and send it to them. Just in case you need some guidance on categorizing your transactions in QBSE, you can read this article here.
I'm just around if you need more help about accepting payments online in QuickBooks Self-Employed. Take care and stay safe always.

Looking forward to your reply. Have a pleasant day ahead!
