Hello there, @nefoodtx.
I'm here to help upload a logo in QuickBooks Online (QBO) successfully.
One possible reason why you're not able to upload your logo is the logo requirements. Make sure you're able to meet the logo standards set by QBO.
Here are the following:
To add a logo:
To add and customize logo on sales forms, you may check this article for the detailed process: How to add, customize, and troubleshoot logo on sales forms.
If still you can't upload logo following the logo requirements, you may try uploading logo using a private browser. You may use either of the following shortcut keys:
If it works fine using a private browser, you may need to clear the cache of your regular web browsers. Also, switching to another supported browser can help us narrow the cause of this unexpected behavior.

I tried to upload logo many time did not work for me. Can you update logo plz for me?
Thank you for joining the thread, @talkwaqar.
As long as you've met the logo requirements mentioned by my colleague @Angelyn_T, you should be able to successfully change your company's logo.
If you've already tried all the steps provided, I would suggest reaching out to our Online Support so they can further assist you with uploading the logo. This way, they can also check the root cause of why you're having issues with the upload.
I'll be here if you need anything else. Just hit the Reply button below if you have other questions. Have a good one.
This is still happening and was just told via chat that no such issue exists. Have spent over an hour on a task that should have taken less than 2 minutes. And still not resolved. Beyond frustrating.
I appreciate you for bringing this to our attention here in the Community, @suzannek65.
To make sure you can upload the logo to QuickBooks Online, check the eligibility requirements mentioned by my colleague above. If the issue persists, you can use a private browser when logging in to your account to isolate if this is a browser issue. For detailed steps, please refer to the steps given by @Angelyn_T.
In addition, you can also open the logo with Microsoft Paint (or Preview on Mac) and save it as .jpg with a new file name.
May I also ask if you encounter an error message when trying to upload the logo? I appreciate any extra information you can give and it will help us isolate the issue and provide the best solution.
Additionally, I've attached this link to help you edit and customize logos on sales forms. Adding this helps establish the company's brand and personality.
Please let me know how it goes after doing the troubleshooting steps. I want to make sure everything is taken care of. Keep safe and take care.
I followed all of the steps, met all eligibility requirements, tried it in a private browser, in Chrome, IE and Firefox. I tried different file types and sizes. Nothing worked. I did not get an error code. It said it saved but it was not there. Same issue as described by others in this post, so obviously it has not been fixed.
Thanks for getting back to me in this thread to let me know how it goes, suzannek65.
It's my priority to ensure you'll get the right support to get this resolved.

Crazy how there are so many threads and issues on this yet QB support team offers nothing of value. Different browsers do nothing. Crazy that the limitation is only 1MB in today's day and age. Guess the company is not aging well in terms of technology updates. Anyways, I have this issue. Came here looking for answers but don't expect to get anything but the same lame copy and paste response that has not helped anyone to date. Don't need to respond with how to call support either, I see that's the go-to for everything unanswered
I understand your frustration about this matter and this isn't the kind of service we want you to have, @johnk1112233. Allow me to help you sort this out.
Can you tell me the exact error message you're getting when uploading a logo? This way I can provide you with an accurate solution to your query.
I tried uploading a new logo here on my end and I was able to save it. You can see the screenshot below for reference.
If this hasn't worked on your end, it could be a browser-related issue or a requirement failure. Note that as long as you meet all the requirements set by QBO, then you'll be able to upload and save it.
If your logo is under CYMK format, then I would highly suggest re-uploading it under the RGB format so you can save it successfully.
Moreover, the company logo adds flavors to your sales forms. So your customers can see it on your invoices and estimates, you can upload a template of these transactions with your company logo on them. Then, you can use them on your transactions.
For future reference, I'm attaching some helpful articles that you can use:

Totally ridiculous that this issues has been going on for four years
Support have absolutely no idea how to help other than clear cookies and check that you are using chrome as your browser
Good Day
So to be brief - QB is lacking at best to attempt to fix this issue.
The short answer is - the plugin on the website that uploads the logos is broken. The more specific answer is there is a 403 server error - refusing to upload the files. This could be due to security as the QB server is refusing the server connection - or it could be a bad code line that has the wrong link - thus causing a error refuse.
With this being said - the server responds thus meaning it's a issue with the site plugin and caching - security.
If anyone at QB bothered to look at his - it would resolve the issue.
Lastly - due to being a security issue - it can be a file format that is incorrect. However - support is not sure of what it should be and how it should interact. A very simple way to fix this would be to setup a temp system to manually upload the logo via email that adds the account number while the developers write a file checker that could very all needed data.
However - it took me 10 minutes to figure this out. So the fact that no one has looked at this - is rather worrying- especially since I only joined. But hey - capital greed.
Just a forewarn to QB - logo is a vital and essential part of the service you render. Without it - all invoices are null and void. SO - anyone with this issue - can claim back their monthly subscription until resolved. I'd recommend working on it asap with actually dev support and not some white brand telephone/email support that has 0 impact on resolving these issues.
Do we have to consider another solution... Have tried jpg, png, rectangle, square, cmyk rgb, for 4 days just to upload a logo. It does not provide an error, the page simply hangs and does not save, the uploaded file simply says processing... then gives an option to refresh the uploaded logo when repeats... processings, refresh... etc.
I can seem to apply a different quote / sales form to try a different alternative.
Please contact support or IT - get in contact with them and ask them to upload the file for you.
I have no other solution at the moment.
All I can ask is please bump this post repeatedly until support response to this with a developer saying - thanks we patched the uploader and it's working again.
Still having the same issue!!!
Still not working and customer service is terrible and no solution.
