QR code not needed on invoices. How do I delete it?

This month I turned on the option to accept ACH invoice payments. I do not, however, wish to have the QR code on my invoices. How do I make that go away?

How did you add the QR code to the invoice? Do you use QuickBooks Time or a third-party app? Did you receive a QuickBooks Online (QBO) update to install the code? I'd appreciate it if you could include some screenshots so that we can investigate this further.

Intuit must have added the QR code and payment link options. I have no idea. I don't want them on my invoices and have the ability to turn both of those options off each time I "print preview" my invoices but it just creates more work for me to have to do that with every single invoice. I don't see a way to permanently turn those options off in settings. See attached screenshot.

Thanks for getting back to this thread, @dawnjohnson.

I recognize how relevant turning off payment links and QR code in the settings to your business is. Currently, you can only manually uncheck them when opening an invoice.

At times, we roll out enhancements based on our customer's requests. That being said, I suggest sending a recommendation to our product developers. They'll review this idea and might consider updating it in the future.

Here's how:

Go to the Gear located at the top.
Under Profile, click Feedback.
Enter your recommendation and select Submit.

You can also utilize this link to check the status and keep you in the loop on our progress of your request: Customer Feedback for QuickBooks Online.

In the meantime, you can continue turning both options off each time you print preview your invoices.

In the same boat as the others on this thread. This is essentially forcing users to work with QuickBooks Payments as their merchant processor. It is an absolute waste of time to have to uncheck the payment link and QR code for each and every invoice. Very frustrated.
