Quick Help! How do I delete a Refund in my Sales section?

I can only seem to Print, or Send. The refunds say Paid already. I just need to clear some 'bad' data.

Thanks!

You’re on the right track, @ZweeresR

You can remove the refund receipt from the print queue by editing it. I'll show you how.

  1. Go to Accounting and select the Chart of Accounts tab.
  2. Locate the account and click on the View register link under Action.
  3. Click on the refund transaction and choose Edit.
  4. Uncheck the Print later box.

  5. Click on Save and close.

In case you want to learn how to customize, attach files, and email sales forms to your customer within QuickBooks Online (QBO), refer to this article: Email and customize sales form.

I edited the refunds. I made them zero balances. I deleted the reference numbers and unchecked the print later box. I can still only print or send. there is essentially no data in them anymore.. But I still cannot delete the entrys
