Can anyone help please i keep getting an error code 155 and my bank transactions have not updated for 3 days so how can i fix this?

My bank transactions have not updated for 3 days now and I keep getting the error code 155. I tried the fix now option but that did not work. I tried to update manually but that does not work either. How can I fix this issue?

An Error 155 means that we're actively working with your financial institution to resolve a connection issue, angie114. We appreciate you letting us know you've already tried troubleshooting the bank feed.

 

At this time, your financial institution hasn't provided us with a timeline for when they'll allow these connections again. This is also why QBO is unable to pull transactions automatically.

 

While we work on getting the connection back up and running, you can keep your books current by manually uploading your bank transactions into QuickBooks.

 

First, use the steps in this article about formatting to make sure the import is successful: Format CSV files in Excel to get bank transactions into QuickBooks.

 

Then, follow these steps on how to import the file:

 

  1. Go back to the Bank transactions tab.
  2. Proceed to the drop-down link beside Link account, then choose Upload from file.
  3. Click Select file and look for the CSV file.
  4. Choose the bank account, then match the columns in the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks, and then click Continue.
  5. Select all the transactions you'd like to import. Then, select Continue.
  6. Click Yes, then select Done.

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser. Did you encounter any error message?
