Hi QBO team and community,
2 problems:
#1
I can't validate my mobile phone number as my country doesn't appear in the select options.
I own a UK Company (thus registred thru the UK site) but am not a UK resident (or resident any country which phone code are available for validation).
How should i proceed?
#2
On a second note, i have a second company that am thinking in incorporate. This company will be on Ireland so i was thinking that i should create different accounts for both (each within their country/currency).
So initially tried to to create the account for the UK company using the following format "email + uk @ domain ". My idea was to create the account for the 2nd company using "email + ie @ domain ".
It seems that the "+" plus sign isn't correctly processed by QBO so i ended up with a "broken" account or something on those lines, i cannot access it but if i try to create a new one using the same email+uk combination its says already exists.
Ended up creating the QBO account for the UK company using my email direclty (without + sign).
I would like to know what would happen with the 1st account (the one created with the + sign), as i dont want to be charged the monthly fee?
Also, is it possible to have several companies (each within their country/currency) under the same account?
Thanks
I managed to solve my phone veryfication issue by following this link -> https://accounts.intuit.com/app/account-manager/overview
Anyways, interface is broken as i only was able to access that link by viewing app html source code, any non-tech person would be stuck at the phone prompt screen.
Account management on the other side, has the same country code list but also a full list bellow so i could choose my phone, wasn't able to verify (it seems you only send sms to the first list) but i am not being prompted anymore when loggin in.

One QBO account is for one company file. You can manage branches/divisions by utilizing the Class/Location feature available in QBO Plus. Otherwise you should open a new account. You are allowed to use the same email address to open multi QBO accounts.

Then you may utilize a BI app to consolidate reports from multi QBO accounts if required.
