How do I change the country of origin for my client's business?

We cannot get the feeds to work. We have disconnected the feed and reset the password multiple times. We have contacted Intuit and so far they have not provided a solution.

I need to change the bank transactions from auto connecting to "update" only when I click on the button. How do I change this?

Why aren't I seeing any transactions in my account?

I have already left several support messages. I urgently need to enter new transactions and generate up-to-date reports by 21 October. Read-only access is not sufficient.Could a QuickBooks moderator help arrange direct contact with someone who can resolve the missing offer and activation issue? I used to take CC payments all the time, but turned them off because of the extra fees. I need to turn them back on, but can't figure out how. When I go into an invoice all the payment option icons flash up for one section, but then just turn into the ACH icon. No "edit" option is available within the invoice.
