Importing and Exporting Data

I was doing the reconcilation and there are almost 3 month of the transactions missing

I’m having an issue when manually importing bank transactions into QuickBooks. I complete the entire import process, including selecting the bank account, mapping the columns, and confirming the transactions. At the final step, QuickBooks displays a message saying that the transactions were successfully imported. However, when I return to the Bank Transactions page, none of the imported transactions appear.

Taxable Payments Annual Report in the new version is not compatible with ATO reporting software.

My other cards do and deleted multiple times but still doesn't work

My colleague and I reviewed this together and it seemed fine, but I looked at the Bank Transactions and the P&L and do not see anything. What am I missing?

I am the Treasurer of a Tennessee nonprofit organization using QuickBooks Online with the PayPal Connector by QuickBooks app. I am writing to report a problem with how the PayPal Connector handles sales tax on shipping charges for Tennessee transactions, and to request guidance on a correction path that does not currently appear to exist. THE PROBLEM Tennessee law requires sales tax on shipping charges. PayPal calculates and collects the correct Tennessee sales tax on shipping at the time of each transaction. When those transactions are imported into QBO via the PayPal Connector, QBO's Automated Sales Tax (AST) engine adds an additional "Tax on Shipping" split line on top of the tax PayPal already calculated. The result is that sales tax on shipping is recorded twice. This creates two problems: 1. The Sales Tax Liability report overstates the amount due to the Tennessee Department of Revenue. 2. The Sales Tax Payable account balance on the balance sheet is overstated by the same am

I accidentally imported bank transactions 4 times. I need a complete data reset for my account. Please help.

I have lost my bank feed for some time now. I tried calling my bank, but they said everything was okay there end. When i called QB, they where saying its something to do with the bank. So i disconnected the bank hoping that I could reconnect to it later. But when I reconnected, all my previous transactions were lost.

I am trying to reconcile but downloads from RBC Express to QBO is a total of the RBC PayEdge payment (with multiple payments) and it's unable to automatically reconcile.

Error 102 and then error 185, have answered the OTP 1000 times but connection immediately breaks to mycardstatement.com... now it is back to error 102 on quickbooks, however, I can login to mycardstatement.com on its own fine.

I'm aware of an option of exporting data to Google Drive but I can't figure out how to import it in the target account

Chase CSV file gives the same error as a file created with Excel and then saved as CSV file. I have used a CSV cleaner suggested by Reddit, same problem. Example: Date Description Amount 5/30/2025 Meals 218.45 6/30/2025 Meals 217.35
