When running your report, look for a dropdown or date-selection field at the top. Set the date range to include the missing months; try selecting All, Last Year, or set a custom date range that covers the period you need.

If you’re looking for bank transactions and there was no activity recorded during those months, those months may not appear in certain reports. You can check this by going to the Transactions tab and reviewing the missing months.

If there are no transactions, you can manually add older transactions if needed. Please note that most financial institutions only provide 30 to 90 days of transactions when connecting to QuickBooks, so older transactions may not import automatically. If you manually import transactions, make sure they haven’t already been categorized to avoid duplicates or exclude or delete the transaction.

For summary reports like Profit and Loss or Tax Summary, be sure to adjust the date range to cover the missing period. Sometimes the default or previous selection may not include all the months you want to see.

Could you please specify which transaction reports are missing an entire month?
