I received a call from someone who identified himself as [PII] and claimed to be an official QuickBooks support representative. I was experiencing an issue with my paystub, and he asked for remote access to my computer to investigate the problem. After connecting, he said a payment was required before any assistance could be provided. The call came from [PII]. Because I could not independently verify that the caller was affiliated with Intuit, I ended the session and chose to contact support through official channels instead. This experience is a reminder to verify the identity of anyone claiming to represent a software company before granting remote access or making a payment.

I am unable to sign in to my QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA) account. After entering my email address and password, I am not taken to my account. Instead, I am redirected to a page that says: "Thank you for your patience. We have received your request and will process your sign-up shortly."Previously, I also encountered a redirect to a URL containing the error code RPS_LOCKOUT.I have already tried:Signing in using different browsers. Using Incognito/Private mode. Clearing my browser cache and cookies. Resetting my password.The issue persists, and I cannot access my QBOA account.Additionally, I am unable to contact QuickBooks Support via live chat because it requires me to sign in first, which is not possible due to this issue.

I have tried to us claude connector and I got this message .. Unfortunately, the app you’ve selected isn’t available for use in your country. Try contacting the app publisher for more information, or select a different app to use in QuickBooks. We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Tried also to contact help and no response. Where can I access customer support? For a long time I've used the AI feature when I'm logged into Quickbooks online, and it usually gives me a chat option, which is my preferred method. In the last week, the chat option hasn't been available, only a callback option. Unfortunately with the callback option I can't understand what the representatives are saying, and I can't get my issue addressed at all.  Is there not a chat option or even an email option anymore?  My issue is that a few weeks ago we had used our project reports to bill a client. When we billed them two weeks after that, we noticed the work hours amount had gone DOWN instead of up, even though we hadn't made any adjustments (other than adding hours) in those two weeks. We couldn't figure out why and had to refund the client hours.  Last week, we went to bill the same project/client, and noticed that the cost of goods had gone DOWN this time, not up (even though we've only added cost of goods in those two weeks). Hello. Anyone know why i cannot see my company in online Desktop App? i can access it online but once i open in my desktop app, it says my account does not link to any QB. I see QB online, there is a desktop app to access online QB so i am interested in it so i subscript one user to try first but cannot get it done. I can access my company jsut created by web browser but once i log in by desktop app(not QB desktop), the system says "Could not find any companies for this account.

Hi there, team. I am trying to create a QB online accountant account, but I can't get the verification code. I even tried incognito mode, but that didn't work. Even when trying to log into an old account I already had, I still did not get the sms code and had to use an email to log in, so I'm stuck trying to create my account now. I am located in Jamaica.
