Can you attain back primary admin from an email that does not exist

Yes, you can. If the original admin email no longer exists, submit a primary admin request with proof that you own the business or are authorised to manage it.

Here’s how:

1. Open the Business Change Request form.
2. Choose the company you want to request primary admin for.
3. Answer the questions in the dropdowns, then select Continue.
4. Review your business and personal details, then click Continue.
5. Confirm everything is correct on the summary page, and press Continue.
6. Select Submit request to complete the process.

The owner or other authorised parties will then receive an email requesting proof of ownership or authorisation. This step protects the financial data by ensuring only the rightful owner can access the account.
