Getting Started

I am using my mobile number in Zimbabwe. This has been happening for months

I’m the Primary Admin of an existing QuickBooks Online Accountant firm. I’m trying to switch the firm to Intuit Accountant Suite Core, but there is no IAS/Core option under Settings → Subscriptions and billing → Firm subscriptions. The firm already has clients connected and I do not want to create a new accountant firm. Has anyone had this issue, and did Intuit Support have to manually enable or migrate the existing firm to IAS Core?

I urgently need assistance from QuickBooks regarding my blocked Admin account. Kindly arrange a callback on my registered contact number to help me reactivate my account.

Upon accessing the account, it is blank and contains no content. Clicking on "Subscribe now" triggers the following message: "Unable to process your request at this time. Please sign out and try again later. If the issue persists, please contact support and reference this message. (Error code: subsui-error-50000)"

I seem to be going around in circles.

We require your assistance to update the Primary Admin access for our QuickBooks account. Currently, we can only access the account as an Accountant user. The existing Primary Admin has resigned from the company and we no longer have access to their email/login credentials. As a result, we are unable to manage users, update account details, or transfer the Primary Admin role. Kindly assist us with changing the Primary Admin to the current authorised user/account administrator.

I can access my Intuit Account successfully using my passkey and email verification. My phone number is verified

99% of my work is 7day payment terms. Whenever I create an invoice, the lowest option I’m given is 14days. So I have to set a custom date every time. This is really time consuming when I’m creating lots of invoices. How do I set 7day terms as my default?

Most QuickBooks Online login problems are caused by outdated browser data, and the fastest fix is to open a private or incognito window and sign in. I was working normally earlier today. Then I left my laptop in sleep mode. When I came back and refreshed QuickBooks Online, I started getting the RPS_LOCKOUT error. I can still sign in successfully, but I'm immediately redirected to the RPS_LOCKOUT page and can't access the company. I've already tried signing out and signing back in, but the issue continues. Has anyone experienced this, and how was it resolved?
