Why the created bill is not saving

We can investigate this together why the bill is not created, 313113565.

 

Once you click the Save, Save and close or Save and new button, the transaction will be recorded in QuickBooks Online (QBO). You can go to the Expense Transactions page and filter the list to Bill and the date period you've created the transaction. If it is not showing, then it's possible the transaction was deleted.

 

To check if the bill was saved, deleted or modified, you can go to the Audit Log page.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon on the top menu.
  2. Choose Audit Log.
  3. Click the Filter button, then choose the appropriate UserDate, or Events to narrow the results.
  4. Click Apply.
  5. Check if the transaction you've created for that date was saved or deleted.
  6. If it was deleted, click the View link under History column to see the full details.

Then, you can use the information found in the Audit History page to re-enter the transaction.

If the same thing happens when clicking the Save button, I'd suggest reaching out to our Customer Support Team. They'll further investigate what's causing this issue.

  2. Choose Contact us.
  3. Enter created bill is not saving in the What can we help you with? field.
  4. Click Let's talk.
  5. Choose Start an email to connect with us.
