Hi there, Flower lady 11.

Missing transactions could just be because you have active filters on the Transactions page that hides them. By the way, you haven't mentioned if your connected account has a balance or not. Let's take a look at it.

To start, let's click on the Gear icon and choose Bank accounts to see if your connected debit account has a balance. Having no balance means QBSE wasn't able to download your transactions, and in this case, clicking the Refresh all button or reconnecting the account should download them unless your account has no transactions at all.

If you see a balance, but you can't see the list of transactions on the Transactions page, change your filters. You can choose All for the Type and Account and the Date.

If you still can't see your list of transactions, please contact our QuickBooks Self-Employed Support. That way, they can take a look at your QBSE account to gather more data and to investigate this further. Check out their schedule as well.

You can also consider importing and categorizing your transactions.

Let me know if you have other questions in mind.
