There’s a possibility that your transaction list is filtered to July. Thus, it only shows those transactions for that month. To get around this issue, let’s filter the date to All to isolate this issue. Let me show you how:
Sign in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account.
Go to the Transactions menu.
Select All from the Date drop-down menu.
If this is not the case, try logging out and logging in to your account to isolate this. If the issue persists, I recommend clearing your browser cache. Cache data help load page faster on your next visit. However, when gets outdated it causes issues that affect the performance of your account.
