My bank rec's were all up to date but since the recent update they are all showing "account isn't ready to reconcile yet - your opening balance is off by...." when I look at what it's claiming is a discrepancy the transaction/s date back to years ago

I think the Netbank security has caused the issues but it just wont connect. I thought unlinking the account and relinking would help now its deleted everything even the categorised items.

All my current banking transactions are not showing since the end of august

I can't see how to add an additional account with the same linked bank. Do I disable the linked bank & relink the bank & all 3 accounts? I'm concerned about getting duplicate transactions with the existing linked bank accounts.

The duplicated transactions don't seem to follow any pattern.

Documents are done. Bank said its good to go. Quickbooks have been contacted twice. They have said they are working on it. Have not heard from them either time when they said they would email me.

My back feeds have stopped. Is QuickBooks no longer affiliated with Commonwealth Bank

Hirecenlty CBA updated netbank security and everytime I login QB tells me there is an issue with the beed & to fix it.  This requires a notification to my app everytime I refresh QB feed. I was sent an email to fix this and to connect a direct feed, or in my case 'get a better connection' since I have a CBA feed already. However, when I click the suggested link to "link account" there is NO option to get a better connection, and if I go through the process of direct feed the bank account I need it linked to is not available to chose in the list since it is already linked to a feed. If i remove the feed it says the bank account will no longer be available in the transaction page!!! why can't I see the "get better connection" choice in my file.  

Constantly getting a message that it’s having trouble connecting my bank account and to try again later. Any ideas on why?

Is it easier to delete my account and start again?

My understanding is that QBO doesn't currently support direct feeds for credit cards, so I'm not sure how to set it up with a Standard Feed.
