Since migrating our Australian PayPal account from the legacy Direct Feed to the Open Banking feed, PayPal customer receipts are imported as the net settlement after PayPal fees have been deducted. We use QuickBooks Connector to sync Shopify invoices and payments, so QuickBooks already contains the gross customer payment. Under the previous Direct Feed, the gross receipt and the PayPal fee were imported separately, allowing the bank feed to reconcile automatically. Since moving to Open Banking, the fee transaction is no longer imported, leaving only the net amount and preventing automatic reconciliation. Can you confirm whether this is a known issue or an intended change to the PayPal Open Banking feed.

I get a message saying the account is not ready for an open banking connection The advice from Intuit tech support is to waste more of my valuable time ringing the bank When I say that's fine, I'll revert to the previous bank feeds Im told that's not possible When I say "Fine, I'll import a qif file", I'm told, sorry even though Intuit invented the qif format, you cannot import those files.  Does the software get anything right the first time?  deeply disappointing Kr 

I need to connect to open banking I need to upgrade to Internet banking for business Ive got nothing from ANZ in a week How do we check on the status of this? I asked tech support why we are being forced to upgrade when none of the other software companies are making this mandatory I never got a reply.   Zappy

I have quickbooks self-employed. One of my customers prefers to pay thru quickbooks, so I invoice them using quickbooks and they pay that way. When quickbooks transfers it to my account they charge me a fee

I wish to edit the default choices in the changeable fields in bank transactions, to keep my least favorite choice from being the current default and replacing it with my most used to be the new default choice. The current option is slowing me down and creating errors that I have to repair before completion; that is inefficient.

Westpac Internet Banking Bank Feeds supports feed for Westpac Business Credit cards to MYOB but NOT to Quickbooks. Is this Westpac's fault or Quickbooks ?

Having trouble with importing bank statement

When reconciling receipts, I get some receipts in USD. I would like it to automatically read the USD amount into AUD amount, how can this automatically get done? I am not able to turn on the multi currency option in settings, even though I am on quickbooks online.

I have followed all instructions provided on the website, permissions are correct on the online banking settings. We have tried multiple logins all of which achieve the same result with trying to connect, disconnect and reconnect on each. I am also not able to import historical transactions which has been over the past 5 days as this bank feed prior to upgrading had been working successfully for the past 7 years. Bank is Westpac. Any help will be appreciated

I am looking for advice, I setup open banking feeds on Sunday (17/5) which was setup successfully (The bank balance is correct and matches what is in QBO) however no transactions have been downloaded.  Since Wednesday I have tried:- Disconnecting and reconnecting the bank feed with multiple employee banking logins- Reviewed banking settings to ensure data sharing is on- Recheck instructions to make sure I've not missed anything Bank is with Westpac, unsure how to make the transactions come through

I checked and all my accounts are CDR ready. I am the nominated representative. All processes to link goes well but the SISS Portal does not return me to Quickbooks. I left it running for 24 hours to no avail. If I refresh it gives Error 304 on SISS Portal.

AMP bank feeds were down for many days. Was told to upgrade to open bank feeds: Removed bank feed. Was approved for open banking with AMP, but now the bank is not even listed: Have been waiting 10 days for a resolution to this but nothing yet. I've ended up with an income and an expense entry that need to be categorised. The other side of each entry is to the respective bank account. I think these used to automatically offset but that's not happening any more

My new Direct bank Feed has stopped. since Thurs Prior to Easter.Is this usual?
