Open banking - ANZ

I need to connect to open banking

I need to upgrade to Internet banking for business

Ive got nothing from ANZ in a week

How do we check on the status of this?

I asked tech support why we are being forced to upgrade when none of the other software companies are making this mandatory

I never got a reply.

The shift to Open Banking is part of Australia’s Consumer Data Right (CDR) regulations. Banks nationwide are retiring old screen-scraping methods in favour of direct, highly secure connections. While the transition feels sudden and other platforms handle it differently, QuickBooks provides better security, real-time updates, and far more stable bank feeds at no extra cost. You can review this article for more information: Connect a new ANZ bank account to Open Banking in QuickBooks Online.

That being said, have you encountered any error message upon trying to connect your account? If so, you can scan this article to learn how to troubleshoot based on your specific error message: Fix bank connection errors in QuickBooks.

If you don't see any error codes, please ensure you've selected ANZ's specific business login URL. Since ANZ processes these business requests internally, you may consider reaching out to them directly for a status update on your application or to check for any ongoing maintenance.

Lastly, you can contact our Intuit Experts directly if you want to follow up or further discuss the need to upgrade.

Please feel free to reply to this post if you need a hand with any of these steps. We want to make sure you're completely taken care of.
