Copy of W-2 forms

I’m more than happy to guide you through the steps in printing a copy of your W-2 form. With just a few steps and we’re all set. Here’s how.

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
2. Go to the Taxes menu.
3. Select Payroll Tax.
4. Click Filings, then select Annual Forms.
5. Select the Employer Copies: Form W-2 (W-2, Copies A & D), Transmittal of Wage and Tax Statements (W-3), Employee Copies: Form W-2 (W-2, Copies B, C & 2).
6. Choose the appropriate filing period from the dropdown.
7. Select View to open Adobe Reader in a new window.
8. Click the print icon on the Reader toolbar. 
9. Then select Print again.
